Jessie Girl my Rhodesian Ridgeback eats so fast I guarantee you she cannot taste anything. She scarfs the food fast and noisily.

Is that healthy? No way. And besides not being healthy, she is done eating in one second and then tries to eat Louie’s food (Louie is a little Chihuahua).

We have tried everything and nothing has worked. The opposite is true, the more things we tried, a faster eater Jessie became. A week ago I borrowed a DogPause Bowl from a friend that just bought in Colorado.

I was amazed when we did our own test and realized that we were witnessing Jessie eat her meal in normal speed and not super speed. Wow! Mind you Jessie Girl was way faster then Hank the dog on the video, but sure enough she slowed down and the food lasted longer.

Summer is almost here and not only do we get beautiful days to take our dogs to the park, we get a whole new wardrobe full of colorful outfits too. That is not the case for my dog. We have a Chihuahua, Louie, who is a loveable crabby old dog that we love dearly. Louie cannot stand clothes except when the weather is cold, then little Louie lets me dress him in whatever I want to. I got him a couple of new outfits and I have to confess I am seriously enjoying playing dress up with Louie.

I am sure I would not dye my pet’s hair, but I figure there are a lot

Tips for Great results:

I just remodeled my house. After a long six months of mess, every new and old furniture are greatly positioned in the freshly painted rooms. Everything looks top notch except… 

Well everything looks great except Jessie’s bed. Her old pillow looking bed clashes horribly with my new furniture. So I have been shopping for a new bed for Jessie. One that enhances the new room and provides a safe, comfortable and pretty place for her to sleep on. There are many many options out there but I was not looking for an ordinary pillow looking bed. I wanted a couch, or something similar. Today I found just that!

Well, yes and no. $200 for a dog couch may seem a lot but after spending 50k on a home renovation $200 does not seem too much. Will Jessie like her couch? Is there a margin of error?

Of course, every test has that. Even the ones human take, are not totally fool proof. But I guarantee, you will have more fun testing your pooch with this one.

Is this a test that takes a long time?

Nope, according to the manufacturer it takes one hour to complete, and you can test your pooch more than once. So, if you feel that your dog is not really scoring, or maybe it is not having a great day, do the test again. Of course when you do it again, your dog might already know the answers.

Is it fun?

Absolutely, you and your pooch will have fun, and they can play with the toys for years to come.

Is this expensive?

Not really, $79.99 plus shipping gets you all the above, and in my opinion, it makes a great gift for the dog owner that has everything.
